1. Exchange Eligibility
Odafey Errors Only: Exchanges are accepted exclusively for items where Odafey is at fault (e.g., incorrect size, design, or defective item).
Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
3. Exchange Request Timeline
All exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
4. Process for Exchanges
Step 1: Contact our customer service team via hello@odafey.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Step 2: Once approved, you’ll receive a return address. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Step 3: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your exchange within 5 business days.
